The Oval Office Shifts Up a Gear!

The ‘live’ team within the experience-driven communication agency The Oval Office has successfully secured numerous pitches and is currently dedicated to transforming the winning concepts into impactful live experiences. Their portfolio features exciting projects for EMMI, FRACHT POLYTRA, MACS, Prince Albert Fund and UCB.
In other words, brand-new Client Director Live Tom Kesteloot has hit the ground running at The Oval Office. Tom himself takes a modest view: “Naturally I am pleased that since my arrival in January I have been able to persuade a number of prospects with our creative proposals but more than anything it is a team effort. That is why above all, I am proud of the strong team with which we started the new year.”
And that 'Live' team will soon be strengthened further. Kato Mannaerts is set to start as an Account Manager on May 20th. Tom Kesteloot adds, "We are really looking forward to Kato's arrival. With her experience and heaps of enthusiasm, she will be a great addition to our current team."

10 years of EMMI – 25 years of EURIBOR
1999 not only brought the introduction of the euro but also of Euribor, the average interest rates at which European banks lend to each other. Subsequently, EMMI, the European Money Markets Institute, was established. As an international non-profit organisation, EMMI ensures smooth operations across various money markets. The Oval Office is using this dual anniversary to invite an international audience to Brussels to reflect on the past, present and promising future of the organisation.
50 years of FRACHT POLYTRA & BASF
International logistics service provider FRACHT POLYTRA has been working with chemical giant BASF for fifty years. Through the concept ‘Shared Horizons’, The Oval Office showcases half a century of shared challenges, objectives and milestones. In addition, the focus will also be on the future during this unforgettable event in Antwerp.
20 years of MACS
For twenty years, MACS Benelux has been providing shipping solutions to southern Africa. Their company logo, a blue rhino, exudes the undiluted power of nature and The Oval Office is happy to incorporate it in the concept ‘20 Years of Strength’ for the anniversary event that will take place this summer.
40 years of PRINCE ALBERT FUND
Prince Albert Fund wants to create a unique event to turn the spotlight on the impact the non-profit organisation has had in the past four decades on young talent and innovative projects across the globe. The Oval Office will contribute inspiring stories from every corner of the world.
We are celebrating spring together with UCB
The Oval Office is organising a ‘Spring’ Festival for all employees of biopharmaceutical company UCB on the campus of Braine-l’Alleud. It’s hard to imagine a more heartfelt thank you for the dedication and achievements of the past year - or a better incentive for the future.
